• All proposals must be submitted by midnight July 31, 2025.

Bio and Headshot:

• Your bio and headshot must be submitted with your proposal.
• You must upload the bio and headshot of any co-presenters when submitting this form.

Conference Policies:

• Sessions are scheduled according to the subject area chosen.
• If a proposal is accepted, it could be scheduled on any day of the conference.
• All presenters and co-presenters must register for the conference prior to the registration deadline.
• LMEA does not reimburse any expenses incurred by a presenter or co-presenter.
