EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
Universities and Commercial Exhibits will be located in the “St. Charles Ballroom”. There are also a limited number of prime exhibit spaces in “The District”.

Our new conference location allows for an expanded number of options for exhibitors. Please read through the options carefully.

Every effort will be made to honor your requested booth space. However, assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis once your completed registration form and registration fees are received.
Advertising Options
Our advertising options have changed this year and will include digital and social media options. Please see a description in the Exhibitor and Sponsorship Package Information.
Deadline: Ads and logos must be uploaded with conference booth registration and received no later than December 5, 2024. All payments must be received by December 5, 2024.
Registration Form for Commercial, University, and Organization Exhibitors
Deadline: The contract must be submitted and payment received by December 5, 2024. You have the option to pay by credit card or by check.
HOTEL INFORMATION
The conference hotel is the Hilton New Orleans Riverside.
The hotel block opens October 1, 2024 and closes December 22, 2024 or when all available rooms are filled.
