2025 CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
All conference registration is online. Payment can be made by credit, debit card, or check. If you are going through a school for payment, make sure to allow enough time to meet all deadlines.
Directors with All-State Students:
- Complete registration by December 5, 2024
- Postmark check (if paying by check) by December 5, 2024

To register at a member price, you will need your LMEA membership number and expiration date.

Paying by Check: All registrations (LMEA Members, Non-LMEA members, and College/University Students) being paid by check, must allow enough time to ensure that the check is received by Monday, January 13, 2025. If you have a concern it will not be received by then, register online and bring your check to the conference registration table.
The postmark deadline for Early Bird and All-State Directors paying by check is December 5, 2024.
* Mentees: LMEA members/Mentees who were accepted into the Mentorship Program by October 31, 2024, are eligible for a free conference register during their first year in the program.
