The LMEA Board of Directors is made up of elected officers (executive officers, division chairs, and district directors), ex-officio members, and a representative from associate organizations. Elected members submit reports at all meetings and are voting members. Ex-officio and associate organization members submit reports, but are non-voting members. The Board of Directors meets quarterly. Both the board and its committees also meet as needed through online meetings.
