This form is for students auditioning for All-State Band (2nd Round), Choir (2nd Round), Guitar Ensemble, Jazz Ensemble, or Orchestra Strings.
You will need this information to fill out this form:
- Your district number. If you’re not sure, click here for a list of parishes in each district.
- Your director’s email.
- Your director’s phone.

Audition Fee:
The state level audition fee is $15 and can be paid by either credit card ($1 processing fee) or school check. Be aware of your district’s deadlines to receive a school check.
Deadlines:
- Orchestra Strings: Before audition recording date. You must bring a copy of the auto-confirmation to record your audition. None will be accepted after November 19, 2021.
- Jazz and Guitar Ensembles: January 5, 2022.
- Band and Choir 2nd Round: January 5, 2022.
