Ethics Violation Report

All complaints of ethics violations will be taken seriously by LMEA, but must be able to be verified. Confidentiality of complainants and witnesses will be maintained unless waived.

Complaints can be filed directly on the LMEA website by using the form below. Once a complaint is filed, it will automatically be sent to the LMEA Ethics Committee members (Executive Director, President, Past-President, and President-Elect). At this point, the Ethics Committee will meet and follow the outlined procedure.
