- Rooms are $205 per night plus tax and fees (currently 16.2% plus $3.00 per room, per night).
- The hotel room block is available through Sunday, December 31, 2025 or as long as the block is not filled.
- Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. You can also check in with the Hilton app and avoid lines.
- Complimentary in-room basic internet for attendees.
- Overnight parking in the Hilton’s self-parking garage is discounted to $20 per night (plus tax) for guests staying in the Hilton. Valet parking is available for approximately $50 per night plus tax.
- A daily parking rate of $10 per day (plus tax) in the Hilton’s self-parking garage is available for those who drive in and leave each day. This rate is valid for a maximum of 12 hours each day of the conference.

For Hotels Guests
- Let the Front Desk know you parked in the garage when checking in. Your room folio will be charged $20.00 per day
- Your room key will be coded for self-parking.
For Daily Drive In Guests
- Access the Hilton Self-Parking Garage or the Whale Lot via Convention Center Blvd.
- Hilton parking management will have a table set each day near the 1st floor registration counters (time to be determined) so guests can prepay via credit card prior to leaving the parking garage or Whale Lot.
- Standard rates will apply if exiting after 7:30pm.
NOTE: The World Trade Center parking garage next to the Hilton is NOT part of the contracted self-parking rate.
