EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
This document contains complete information regarding exhibitor packages, description of the space, guidelines, ad specs, and other important information.
Universities and Commercial Exhibits will be located in the “St. Charles Ballroom”. There are also a limited number of prime exhibit spaces in “The District”.

Every effort will be made to honor your requested booth space. However, assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis once your completed registration form and registration fees are received. Any additional booths purchased will be assigned in booth spaces adjacent to your main booth.
Advertising Options
Our advertising options include both digital and social media options. Please see a description in the Exhibitor Package Information.
Deadline: Ads and logos must be uploaded with conference booth registration and received no later than November 1, 2025 to avoid a $100 late charge. Ads and logos received after December 1, 2025 may not be included in print and digital branding due to production deadlines. All payments must be received by December 1, 2025. See the Exhibitor Information for details.

Deadline: The contract must be submitted and payment received by November 1, 2025 (December 1 for late registrations). You have the option to pay by credit card or by check.
HOTEL INFORMATION
The conference hotel is the Hilton New Orleans Riverside.
The hotel block opens August 1, 2025 and closes December 31, 2025 or when all available rooms are filled.
